Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Sayville, NY
Hourly Rate: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (½ hour lunch)
Work Arrangement: Full-time, Onsite
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sayville, NY. This is a full-time, onsite position with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with professionalism and accuracy
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work setting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Previous customer support experience preferred
