Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction and response time

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn


Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
