Construction Superintendent

Position Overview: The Superintendent will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of multiple projects in the commercial, data center, warehouse, industrial, construction, multifamily, education centers, schools, K-12, higher education, and student housing sectors. The primary responsibility of the Superintendent is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete construction process from start to finish, including resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Perform coordination of trades, materials, and equipment to ensure job progress.
  • Ensure all safety regulations are followed and maintained.
  • Inspect and approve all work performed by subcontractors.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain daily reports, documenting all labor, materials, and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction, supervisory, and/or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction mathematics.
  • Experience with commercial, data center, warehouse, industrial, construction, multifamily, education centers, schools, K-12, higher education, and student housing sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
