Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are a leading general contractor specializing in ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects across the Phoenix area. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and community partners.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:  

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, and execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and quality, addressing issues proactively to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Manage project teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.


Qualifications:  

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in commercial and/or multifamily ground-up construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
