Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Anchorage, AK

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead complex projects in the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
