Project Manager- Commercial Construction Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction to oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Manage project documentation and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings with project teams to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with K-12, retail, healthcare, and commercial office construction is a plus.
