Title: Land Development Project Manager (EIT or PE preferred)
Location: Richardson, TX 75081
Salary: $80,000 - 120,000

Our headcount has increased by over 35% the last two years as we continue to expand. For this Land Development Project Manager position, you will be focused civil site design on residential projects such as Master Planned Communities. What You Will Be Doing
- Complete design work and calculations for land development projects using computer aided software.
- Prepare grading, utility design, and drainage on residential land development projects.
- Review plans and prepare technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates.
- Conceptualize and execute the civil design approach for assigned projects.
- Assist EITs, Design Engineers, and other team members on project scope when needed.
What You Need for This Position
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of land development principles related to residential projects like Master Planned Communities.
- Experience using applications such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- EIT required, PE preferred.
