Project Manager - Civil Construction
Job Title: Project Manager - Civil Construction
Job Location: Raleigh, NC + Winston-Salem, NC + Wilmington, NC
Salary: $100K-$130K
Requirements: 5+ years of civil construction preferably in the residential sector. Experience with grading, earthwork, utilities, roadways for subdivisions.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Civil Construction team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects in land development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, earthworks, and utility management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, resource allocation, and schedules to ensure efficient execution of projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure work progresses according to plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, adapt plans as necessary, and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and issues, providing solutions to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within civil construction.
- Proven experience in land development, residential construction, and earthworks.
- Strong understanding of utilities management and grading processes.
