Genesis10 is currently seeking a IT Project Manager with EDMS experience for a 12-18 month contract role with our client in St. Paul, MN. This role requires 3 days on site. Summary: Request for a Staff Augmentation Event- Project Manager Our client is seeking one full-time Project Manager to work mainly the Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). Must have EDMS experience At a high level, the resource will: Provide leadership and guidance for projects Provide strategic vision and thinking with focus on outcomes Create clear and attainable project objectives Create clear and attainable project requirements Manage project constraints of cost, time, and scope Form close links with team members and stakeholders The following document contains the samples tasks and qualifications. Sample Tasks Provide leadership and guidance for projects Provide strategic vision and thinking with focus on outcomes Create clear and attainable project objectives Create clear and attainable project requirements Manage project constraints of cost, time and scope Form close links with team members and stakeholders Direct & manage project development from beginning to end Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders Estimate project resource requirements and participants needed to achieve goals including changes during where necessary Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Establish project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and tracking such milestones and deliverables Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises or issues, and devise contingency plans as appropriate Communicate project plans, expectations, updates, progress, issues, and successes in a timely & clear fashion when necessary Manage multiple smaller projects Provide knowledge transfer Desired Skills Five (5) years of experience in an IT Project Management role Two (2) engagements lasting more than six months in an IT Project Manager role Demonstrable leadership ability PMP certification Compensation: Hourly W2 pay: $65.00 to $70.00/hour We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
