SYSCOM, Inc. is seeking a
Project Manager (PMP Certified)
to work in our clients finance division on various projects, mainly the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Lead high-impact IT projects that shape the future of finance operations, while working in a collaborative, hybrid environment. Work Location:
The work is expected to be performed in a
hybrid setting
- partially remote and partially in-person with at least three (3) days each week in the office. The on-site work location is Saint Paul, MN 55101. SYSCOM, Inc. provides specialized information technology resources that possess the requisite skills and capabilities to deliver enterprise level solutions that help our clients achieve their objectives. Our teammates have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as coordination and organization skills. The objective of our approach is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance for projects Provide strategic vision and thinking with focus on outcomes Create clear and attainable project objectives Create clear and attainable project requirements Manage project constraints of cost, time and scope Form close links with team members and stakeholders Direct & manage project development from beginning to end Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders Estimate project resource requirements and participants needed to achieve goals including changes during where necessary Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Establish project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and tracking such milestones and deliverables Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises or issues, and devise contingency plans as appropriate Communicate project plans, expectations, updates, progress, issues, and successes in a timely & clear fashion when necessary Manage multiple smaller projects Provide knowledge transfer
Minimum Qualifications
Five (5) years of experience in an IT Project Management role Two (2) engagements lasting more than six months in an IT Project Manager role Demonstrable leadership ability PMP certification must be current, unexpired and verifiable
