Senior Graphic Designer
We are seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will possess a rare combination of creativity, conceptual skills, technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. You will shape the visual identity of our brand and deliver design solutions across digital, video, motion graphics, presentation decks, and traditional print media. This role requires initiative, drive, and a passion for design, with attention to detail and a track record of success in top-tier design environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of creative design solutions across platforms, including digital (websites, landing pages, email, mobile apps, social media) and traditional media (motion graphics, video, print, brochures, collateral, event and booth graphics).
- Own design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain brand standards, guidelines, and design systems for consistency across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to translate business objectives into visual narratives and experiences.
- Help shape the design vision for a relatively new brand to ensure alignment with brand values and objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship, guiding the design process and fostering growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into design practices.
- Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand identity and design standards across digital and print touchpoints.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting design excellence within the organization.
Basic Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or advertising with a strong portfolio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and web work with branding and conceptual thinking.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.
- Experience in designing for web, mobile, and social platforms with a solid understanding of UX and UI principles.
- Expertise in brand standards, guidelines, and design systems, including traditional print capabilities (brochures, collateral, direct mail, event graphics).
- Excellent conceptual thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and aesthetics.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, branding, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional work ethic and a track record of reliability.
