is looking for a Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to join our Thermal Protections System - Hypersonics Portfolio! We deliver a wide array of systems, solutions, and services across land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace for clients globally. We tackle some of the toughest security challenges for customers with mission-critical needs. In this pivotal role, you will take on EVM leadership and contribute to key programs and portfolios. We are seeking an experienced EVM analyst and leader who understands inter-company functions and can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including program finance analysts, schedulers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Program Managers, and executives. Your responsibilities will include providing hands-on EVM support for the program while ensuring adherence to our contractual obligations and internal policies. You will build and maintain vital government relationships and play a key role in driving program growth and executing our Business Plan. The Senior EVM Analyst position is a critical part of the Leidos Corporate Earned Value Management Center of Excellence (COE), where you will lead core responsibilities related to scheduling, planning, EVMS, and associated tools, implementations, training, and oversight. Primary Responsibilities: Implement and enforce EVMS policies and practices. Collaborate with the Director of Surveillance for internal and external audits and reviews. Assist in developing talent, managing performance, and shaping business strategies within EVM. Support program operational decisions and provide guidance for enhancing project performance. Align materials management and manufacturing practices with scheduling and EVMS best practices. Utilize advanced knowledge and professional principles to develop innovative concepts and solutions. Contribute to the EVMS team through expertise in deliverables, issue identification, and resolution. Engage regularly with senior leadership on strategic organizational matters. Negotiate and develop collaborative solutions to gain acceptance for EVM practices and concepts. Interface extensively with Program Managers, Contracts, and technical personnel. Contribute to new business proposals by addressing EVMS requirements and support cost analyses. This position is hybrid remote, based in Huntsville, Alabama, requiring up to three days a week in the office. Basic Qualifications: Required:
Advanced knowledge of Deltek Cobra EVM tool. A BA degree and 8+ years of relevant experience with the DOD as a Prime Contractor. Familiarity with IPMR/IPMDAR Formats. Experience leading Variance Narrative efforts. Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and lookups). Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with OPDEC IPM. Background in Manufacturing/Production/Prototyping environments. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Are you ready to innovate?
