Responsibilities:
Provide support via phone, chat, and email during business hours.
Manage workflows to meet service level targets.
Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
Process orders, refunds, and delays using internal systems.
Track recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Generate Zendesk reports and monitor KPIs.
Train and coach team members.
Collaborate with internal teams and respond to product inquiries on external platforms.
Represent the voice of the customer and drive service enhancements.
Qualifications:
5–7 years of customer service experience; college degree preferred.
2+ years of Zendesk experience, including triggers and macros.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems.
Experience in call center environments and handling escalations.
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: $64,000-72,000 annually
