LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable company based in Portland, OR, to hire a Senior Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing excellent service and supporting both customers and internal teams. This is a great opportunity to join a stable organization with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Location: Portland, ORDuration: Temp-to-hireSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: $25 – $32 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
Resolve complex customer issues with a high level of accuracy and empathy
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address customer concerns when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Assist with process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a senior or lead role
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and support within a team setting
Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
