Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and families in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support therapeutic childcare-related tasks when needed, including monitoring children in waiting areas.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information.
- Coordinate with staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle basic billing, invoicing, and record-keeping as required.
- Have experience working with children and able to read or interact with them when needed.
- Must have the ability to collect notes and data verbatim
- Are you physically active.
- Must be able to run a group.
- All DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Comfortable working with children and able to assist in a childcare setting if needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- College experience and or Degree Preferred
