This role is vital to the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, address their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. You will play an important role in swiftly resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction, while keeping up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our offerings.
Location:
This position will require working at stores within a 10 mile radius of Store #1934, located at: 13122 Shelbyville Rd., Louisville, KY 40243. Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting pay rate of $15.45. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers both in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Build trustworthy relationships with customers in both retail and wholesale sectors. Process sales transactions with accuracy and adherence to company policies. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas. Retrieve and stock appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Organize and maintain store displays. Ensure cleanliness of store equipment and work areas. Load and unload delivery trucks as needed. Assist with deliveries when required. Keep designated areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings to provide informed options to customers. Comply with inventory control measures. Propose strategies for enhancing sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and occasionally up to 70 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Prior experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
