About the Company A leading investment management firm Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Valuation Services to enhance their team. In this pivotal role, you will drive accurate valuations of companies, securities, and intangible assets across diverse industries. Your expertise will be crucial in utilizing innovative proprietary quantitative valuation models, conducting thorough market research, and managing valuation projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities will include supervising junior staff, cultivating and sustaining client relationships, and guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality, client-ready valuation reports. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA being highly preferred. To qualify, you must have 5-7 years of experience in a valuation or accounting firm, demonstrating a robust background in financial reporting, accounting, and valuation matters. Experience with ASC 350/805 is essential, alongside a solid foundation in financial valuation modeling and common stock option valuations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical capabilities, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience navigating online databases and conducting internet research.
