About our client: Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing financial services organization, to hire a Human Resources Business Partner. This role is onsite in Pasadena, CA and offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic HR team while supporting multiple business units across the organization. Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving HR initiatives that support business objectives. This role will focus on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and compliance while building trusted relationships across the company. The HRBP reports to the SVP of Human Resources. Key Responsibilities
Provide HR guidance to leaders and employees, ensuring practices align with business goals Implement and maintain HR programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws Partner with leadership on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning Collaborate with HR teams in areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and training Build a strong workplace culture through employee engagement and development initiatives Analyze HR data to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements Manage sensitive and confidential employee matters with discretion Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive HR experience as a Generalist or HR Business Partner Commercial banking or financial services experience required Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience (iCIMS preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Additional Details
Reports to SVP, Human Resources Business Partner Department size: ~45 HR professionals Schedule: Standard business hours, onsite in Pasadena with some flexibility Perks
