About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Go-to-Market Strategy to lead our vibrant team. In this critical role, you will shape the onboarding, training, and continuous education initiatives for our rapidly expanding sales, client services, and marketing teams. Collaborating closely with executive leadership and various stakeholders, you will assess training requirements, create engaging content, and oversee the training process for new product and feature launches.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in revenue/sales enablement, particularly within B2B technology services or software environments, along with a successful track record of architecting and managing go-to-market training programs. You should have significant exposure to high-ACV solutions marketed to C-level executives.
Key qualifications include:
Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Expertise in designing impactful sales collateral
Experience in instructional design
Proficiency with essential software tools such as CRM, conversation intelligence, and knowledge management platforms
As the VP of Go-to-Market Strategy, you will be responsible for measuring the outcomes of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement, and collaborating with product marketing and revenue operations teams.
