Commerce Enablement Program Coordinator Location:

Contract The Commerce Enablement (CE) program coordinator role is responsible for coordinating operational program and project mgmt. processes and controls to support and balance the workload of the PMO in supporting the delivery and governance of the programs and projects. The candidate would leverage and influence the use of our corporate project and portfolio management tool Planview. Responsibilities
Implementation and operation of a project life cycle (PLC) with processes and templates to support phase gates during the initiation and life cycle of a project. Organize phase gate review meetings, coordinate availability of templates and materials for review, document and communicate results, and artifacts stored appropriately. Assess current project milestones and activities across projects and program, and align to a PLC. Set objectives and measure compliance of data updates in Planview by program, project and resource managers. This includes resource reserves, project setup, risks, issues, changes, and status. Generate and distribute standard and customized status and resource reports, set up processes to review information with the head of the CE PMO, and facilitate distribution to business and technology stakeholders. Coordinate with program managers to develop standards for a CE dashboard and status reporting. Coordinate with product and program managers across CE to maintain a cross-CE roadmap. Participate in annual planning cycle to track objectives and plan against objectives. Qualifications
Experience with a portfolio-planning tool required; experience in managing projects in Planview highly desired. Minimum 5 years as a program or project manager with experience with full SDLC implementations. Experience and knowledge using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Demonstrable experience in undertaking program coordination and governance activities. Experience interacting with project and operational teams. Exposure to program/project management frameworks, governance, methodologies, tools and templates. Experience using the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, MS Excel with pivot tables, and MS PowerPoint. Experience working in a medium to large organization with diverse stakeholders; strong communications and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Microsoft Project and ability to merge and integrate multiple underlying project schedules; ability to work at both detailed and summary levels; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to take early or late calls as necessary; industry experience with payments desired. Experience with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint desired. BA/BS or higher degree in a related field; engineering or computer science preferred. Additional preferred qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
