Responsibilities

Delivery and program management of all software development and integration projects that align with global Keys and Certificates products.

Drive enterprise‑level program and underlying projects through proposal, investigation, development, test, and launch/delivery phases.

Work across disparate organizational boundaries to accomplish common objectives.

Create comprehensive plans across multiple engineering and product work‑streams, coordinate dependencies and deliverables, track progress, identify risks, and help drive issues to closure.

Lead planning phase activities, including refining requirements.

Conduct end‑to‑end buy vs build analysis and collaborate with product, development, QA, and release engineering teams on project implementation.

Drive sprint‑planning sessions, act as a scrum master, and arbitrate between product owners and scrum team members as appropriate.

Ensure project milestones, resources, and status are kept up to date in Planview and Jira.

Develop executive‑level presentation materials and work with key stakeholders.

Link project to business roadmap, understand capacity and resource utilization, and facilitate prioritization and trade‑off discussions.

Provide input to head of CE PMO to facilitate portfolio prioritization discussions across CE.

Serve as team lead for other project managers and personnel as necessary.

Contribute to improving project and program management processes for media and commerce enablement as needed.

Work closely with product management, operations, finance, supply chain, and other non‑engineering teams to launch products and projects.

Qualifications

10+ years in a program and project management role managing global software development projects with solution engineering teams.

Experience with data security, key management, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

Solid understanding of security, encryption, authentication, key management and applied cryptography.

Significant experience with technology development in hosted/cloud models as well as implementations in data centres.

Expert in executing projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience leading both software development programs and projects, with plans that include engineering deliverables and business work‑streams to launch products.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrated technical aptitude to understand, question, and organize technical topics and translate them into business terms.

Demonstrated business savvy and focus as a broad‑based analyst able to understand questions and organize topics related to strategy, markets, ROI, business cases, etc.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint desired.

Additional preferred qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Education

BA/BS or higher degree in a related field; engineering or computer science background desired.
