The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff within the law firm. Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging training programs, including onboarding, skills training, leadership development, and CLE-compliant courses. Deliver training sessions through various methods, such as in-person workshops, e-learning platforms, webinars, and blended learning approaches. Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps, training needs, and professional development opportunities across the firm. Manage and track CLE requirements for attorneys, ensuring compliance with state bar regulations. Coordinate with external CLE providers and internal subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, accredited programs. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, or a related role, preferably within a professional services or law firm environment. Experience with CLE administration and compliance is highly desirable. Compensation
