Seeking candidates with experience in technology transactions, with an emphasis on high technology commercial transactions and intellectual property licensing. Substantive experience with drafting and negotiating complex licensing arrangements preferred, including agreements involving artificial intelligence counseling and deployments, software and content licensing, partnering and distribution, application hosting, cloud hosting services, intellectual property development and technology transfer relationships. This job does not involve intellectual property litigation or the prosecution/registration of any intellectual property, but may include advising on transactional privacy, compliance and regulatory matters (including as pertains to the emerging regulatory environment for artificial intelligence systems), as well as open source software counseling.
