It enables continuity of biomedical research operations through specialized technical staffing, hazard monitoring, training, and environmental health programs across NIH facilities. Seeking Senior Scientific Advisor candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as NIH. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Professional - Integrated Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Support Services. Provide services and support as a Senior Scientific Advisor in Environmental Management focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as NIH/HHS. Generally Located in CONUS - Bethesda, Maryland and across the Mid Atlantic Region. Advises NIH leadership on high-risk scientific projects. Provides insight on biomedical hazard management. Contributes to NIH safety policy formulation. Supports advanced occupational health research. Qualifications
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications: PhD + 10+ years. Distinguished career in biomedical sciences. Skills: Scientific analysis, strategic advising, research oversight. Ancillary Details / Other Details
Reviews high-level occupational health reports; shapes NIH strategic direction in safety and health. Security clearance is required for engagements in the Federal Marketplace. Core Competencies
