Vice President of Quality Management About the Company Join a globally renowned manufacturer of high-quality food products dedicated to excellence in the Food & Beverages industry. About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Quality Management to lead the development and implementation of robust quality standards across our manufacturing processes and products. This critical role emphasizes the importance of tracking, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives related to internal manufacturing quality, distribution center inspections, and external quality assessments. The ideal candidate will spearhead our transition from Quality Control (QC) to Quality Assurance (QA), collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure our commitment to the highest standards of quality is unwavering. Key qualifications include a minimum of 7 years of quality management experience with a strong emphasis on lean manufacturing principles and the deployment of lean operating systems. Proven expertise in plant transformation and change management, particularly within the food manufacturing sector, is a must. Familiarity with Six Sigma quality concepts, including Design of Experiments, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and process characterization will be advantageous. Successful candidates will possess a rich background in lean manufacturing methodologies and demonstrate excellent presentation skills, business acumen, and conflict resolution abilities. We are seeking a self-starter who is action-oriented, capable of driving change, and passionate about process improvements. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master's degree along with certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management are preferred.
