The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of four core security programs, including CCTV/alarm monitoring and response, threat monitoring, workplace violence monitoring and response, and a traveler assistance program. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a management position, and a strong background in security operations, particularly in a corporate or critical infrastructure setting. The Manager will be tasked with maintaining effective interaction models, collaborating with various security and intelligence teams, and ensuring the team is well-coached and adheres to current operating procedures.
