About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Senior Vice President for Student Enrollment Management to spearhead a comprehensive, multi-campus strategy for enrollment and retention. In this pivotal role, you will provide vision and leadership for the university's enrollment strategies, overseeing vital teams including admissions, student success, data systems, international student recruitment, marketing, and financial planning. Your collaborative spirit will be essential as you engage with academic and administrative leaders to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse and mission-aligned student body.
Your expertise in strategic enrollment planning, data-driven decision-making, and team empowerment will be crucial as you enhance our enrollment initiatives. We are seeking candidates with at least ten years of progressive leadership in enrollment management or admissions, ideally with a master’s degree. You should possess a strong track record in executing effective enrollment and retention strategies, alongside a deep understanding of enrollment technologies, predictive analytics, and market research tools.
Exceptional leadership qualities and interpersonal skills are essential as you become a visible and trusted campus leader. You will be responsible for providing enrollment forecasts and insights that will help shape institutional planning and resource allocation. This position is based primarily on the Macon campus, and less than 10% travel is expected.
