About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to serve as its top executive leader. The CEO will be responsible for the overall management of a licensed residential rehabilitation facility for men in crisis, with a focus on daily operations, financial sustainability, program quality, regulatory compliance, and long-term strategic growth. This role requires a mission-driven leader with a strong alignment to the organization's spiritual and service-based mission, and the ability to ensure that all services reflect principles of dignity, service, and accountability. The CEO will work in partnership with the Board of Directors and leadership staff to develop and implement long-term strategies, foster a culture of transparency and excellence, and engage with the community to advocate for the organization's mission. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years of executive leadership experience in human services, healthcare, addiction recovery, or nonprofit management. Key qualifications include a strong knowledge of relevant regulations, financial management skills, and experience in leading faith-based or religiously affiliated nonprofits. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in board relations, governance, and fundraising, as well as the ability to lead the continuous development of evidence-based services, particularly in the areas of substance use disorder treatment, dual diagnosis, and trauma-informed care. The role also demands a leader with excellent communication, collaboration, and ethical leadership skills, who is adaptable and committed to working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
