Overview
The Sr. Director, Hybrid Security Solutions is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving Prosegur's commercial growth across Guarding, Electronic Security, iSOC Remote Services, and Global Risk Services. This leader will not only manage and inspire a team of high-performing BDMs, but also play a hands-on role in shaping strategy, influencing executive decision-making, and winning major client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy
Inspire, coach, and hold accountable a team of 10–12 BDMs, creating a culture of winning, growth, and consistent pipeline development.
Partner with the CCO and SVP of Technology on strategic initiatives, go-to-market planning, and account expansion strategies.
Drive consistent sales behaviors that result in measurable revenue growth across both traditional guarding and advanced security technology.
Pipeline Development & Growth
Build disciplined sales habits within the team, ensuring proactive prospecting, strong early-stage pipeline, and solution positioning.
Collaborate on pricing strategies, solution bundling, and enterprise-level proposals.
Actively engage in strategic pursuits, serving as an executive sponsor to close complex, high-value opportunities.
Establish and strengthen C-suite relationships with prospects and clients, positioning Prosegur as the leading provider of hybrid security.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration
Partner with Operations leaders to ensure seamless implementation of won business and sustained client credibility.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance to align organizational infrastructure with sales strategies.
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Security Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the security industry, spanning both Guarding and Electronic Security Technology.
Proven success managing and developing sales teams of 8+ members in multi-solution, growth-oriented environments.
Strong understanding of both traditional guarding models and modern technology solutions (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, AI-driven platforms, and remote monitoring).
Demonstrated ability to deliver growth at scale and directly influence revenue goals.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational skills with a track record of building high-performance, accountable teams.
Strong business acumen, negotiation expertise, and executive presence.
