Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a central point of contact for customers, defining and driving success plans with measurable outcomes. Network within customer accounts to ensure successful strategy execution and roadmap alignment. Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and orchestration of internal resources. Drive adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud products, providing insights and guiding customers through maturity curves. Champion customer-generated innovation and feedback within Adobe, promoting strategic use cases and improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven customer success background in a tech industry, ideally SaaS or digital marketing. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict mediation skills. Experience with account planning and executive-level engagement and presentations.
Industry Experience Required:
Telecommunications industry experience highly preferred.
