Master Scheduler
Location: Itasca, IL
Overview:
Seeking a Production Scheduler to oversee planning for 9 key manufacturing areas, ensuring timely production to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain production and shop order schedules
Monitor inventory levels and forecast to avoid shortages
Coordinate with suppliers, QA, and internal departments
Utilize ERP systems (preferably IFS) and Excel for planning
Communicate schedule changes and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Bachelors is preferred. Associate is required.
2+ years in a supply chain role with a manufacturing company. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. This is not a corporate position.
Proficient in Excel, S&OP, and ERP systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
