The Facilities Operations Coordinator is essential for managing daily facility service requests and maintenance activities across all retail locations. Using ServiceNow as the primary ticketing system, this role effectively tracks, assigns, and resolves maintenance issues. Collaboration with store managers, service vendors, and the Facilities/Construction team is crucial to ensure safe, functional, and customer-ready store environments. The perfect candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple requests and vendor relationships simultaneously. Duties and Responsibilities Embrace and support the "Cavender's Culture" while promoting our Mission, Vision, and Values. Efficiently manage incoming ServiceNow facility tickets by reviewing, prioritizing, assigning, and tracking requests to ensure timely resolutions. Coordinate with approved vendors to schedule maintenance and repair work for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, signage, and other facility requirements. Keep store managers informed about service requests, updates, and expected timelines for resolution. Ensure ticket closure in ServiceNow is timely and accurately documents all completed work. Monitor recurring issues, escalating patterns or high-priority items to the Facilities Project Manager for immediate attention. Verify vendor invoices for accuracy before approval and maintain comprehensive service records. Assist in scheduling preventative maintenance activities and ensure adherence to Cavender's standards. Provide regular reports on ServiceNow ticket metrics including response times, completion rates, and vendor performance. Support the Facilities/Construction team with special projects, remodels, or upgrades as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 2-4 years of experience in facilities coordination, maintenance support, or vendor management. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/work order management systems is essential. Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple requests efficiently. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and retail facility operations is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Located at Cavender's Home Office, occasional travel may be needed. Preferred Skills Background in retail or multi-site facility management is a plus. Familiarity with preventative maintenance planning and vendor compliance is advantageous.
