TAT-Technologies Tulsa Site is looking for a knowledgeable and skilled

Quality Engineer

to join our Quality team and support our TAT Limco operations. This role is responsible for the providing quality related technical support to ensure Limco meets customer and regulatory requirements for products and processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and document processes that meet customer and regulatory requirements

Investigate product and process non-conformances to determine root causes and appropriate corrective actions

Review and analyze data related to production processes, draw conclusions and recommend improvements

Create work-related documentation (e.g. procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.)

Review and approve inspection documentation

Provide detailed, accurate feedback to shop personnel and management on product and process non-conformances

Perform internal product and process audits

Practice good housekeeping and 5S principles

Suggest and implement process improvement ideas

Administer weld tests for welder candidates

Perform other duties as assigned by any supervisor in a professional manner

Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

College degree or equivalent years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality

Auditing knowledge and requirements of the aerospace industry required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications required

Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Braze oven knowledge and experience

NADCAP knowledge and experience

Previously certified for internal audits strongly

Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time

Must have good physical mobility and no restrictions (position requires movement around the shop floor)

Must be able to bend and reach

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Must be able to pass pre-hire and ongoing, random drug testing as required as a Department of Transportation (DOT) facility regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

Must be able to successfully pass pre-hire, background check screening
