We are looking for an experienced and skilled Millwright Master Electrical Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of millwright duties to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our plant's equipment, machinery, and grounds.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment and machinery, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Install, repair, and replace various components, such as bearings, gears, belts, motors, and controls.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Align and balance rotating equipment, using precision tools and techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Operate and maintain hand and power tools, as well as welding equipment.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other maintenance personnel to resolve complex issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and regulations.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
Completion of a recognized Millwright apprenticeship program .
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Millwright or related role in an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proficient in using precision tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
