This pivotal leader will take charge of developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance strategies, particularly in relation to privacy, accreditation, and research integrity. We need a strategic thinker who can cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and foster a culture of compliance across the organization. The successful candidate will advise management and the board on intricate regulatory compliance challenges, showcasing a high level of integrity, analytical prowess, and effective negotiation skills. As a leader in this role, you will: Direct and enhance the compliance program Establish and uphold auditing and monitoring procedures Ensure alignment of organizational policies with core values Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant leadership experience, focusing on healthcare corporate compliance and regulatory matters. Proficiency in data privacy and security is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field is mandatory, with preference given to those holding a doctorate, law degree, or other relevant graduate qualifications. Professional certifications such as Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from HCCA are preferred.
