As our

Finance Transformation Officer / Manager , you will lead the transformation of Hive Health’s finance function into a high-performing, data-driven, and strategically aligned powerhouse. You will lead strategic initiatives across people, processes, systems to ensure our finance operations are data-driven, tech-enabled, and ready to support Hive\'s rapid growth. You will collaborate with finance leaders, cross-functional teams, and tech partners to co-create scalable and future-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities

Drive Finance Modernization

Develop and implement a transformation roadmap, aligned with Hive’s strategic goals. Conduct assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities and action plans for cost reduction, speed, and better insights. Redesign Core Finance Processes

Redesign and optimize core finance processes across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Budget-to-Report cycles. Simplify policies, minimize manual interventions, and ensure regulatory and control compliance. Lead Systems Implementation and Digital Tools

Evaluate and deploy finance technologies including ERP, FP&A tools, automation solutions (RPA, workflow systems), and analytics platforms. Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure data availability, integrity, and governance. Improve Service Delivery and Governance

Redesign the finance operating model, including potential use of shared services, centers of excellence, outsourcing, or agile pods. Define governance and service standards across decentralized or scaled teams. Strengthen Risk & Controls Framework

Embed robust controls and risk frameworks across redesigned processes. Ensure continuity, auditability, and compliance within transformed environments. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;

CPA or MBA/MS Finance is a plus . Minimum of

6+ years of experience

in finance, business transformation, consulting, or process improvement roles. Strong understanding of financial processes, systems architecture, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks), and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath). Proven success in leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change. Experience in a scaling company or high-growth industry (e.g., healthcare, fintech, startup) is highly preferred. Highly analytical, systems-thinker, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
