Job Description:
The Human Resources ("HR") Coordinator position is a regular part-time position at ResEcon. The HR
Coordinator will support day-to-day HR administrative activities, assist in ATS management and
candidate engagement, and contribute to broader initiatives. The role will involve performing a variety
of administrative tasks, including HR administration, recruitment, supporting employee onboarding, and
employee engagement initiatives. The HR Coordinator position provides an opportunity for an individual
to gain practical experience and insights into HR operations. This role provides valuable hands-on
experience in HR processes to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and contribute to
the smooth operation of the HR department.

Wage Scale:
The HR Coordinator is paid at a base hourly rate of $26.00 for non-overtime work hours, subject to all
required deductions and withholdings, and not including the value of benefits under any Resolution
Economics-maintained benefit plan. The HR Coordinator is eligible for overtime pay to the extent
provided by applicable federal and state law.
Responsibilities of this position may include:
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
- Assisting with timekeeping management for hourly staff
- Providing administrative support to the HR & Recruitment team
- Assist in standardizing new hire training
- Assist with maintaining employee records and compliance paperwork
- Database management
- Data collection and entry
- Assist in various HR projects and ad hoc duties, as needed
Job Qualifications:
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with HRIS, ATS and employee databases is a plus but not required
- Previous experience in an HR or Recruiting role or internship is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good work ethic
Work Experience and Education
- Obtains a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or other related fields.
