In this leadership position, you will take charge of the development strategy and donor engagement, while leading a team committed to building strong relationships with our supporters. This hands-on role requires you to establish and communicate a clear vision for our development efforts, continuously exploring new avenues for revenue generation and donor interaction. You will collaborate closely with the President to set fiscal year income forecasts and achievable goals. Additionally, you'll direct innovative marketing strategies to boost our brand visibility, foster donor loyalty, and facilitate our organizational growth. Ideal candidates will have a proven background in non-profit fundraising and team leadership. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree being preferred. It's essential to have proficiency with Donor or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The right candidate will excel as a communicator, possess strong relationship-building skills, and embody a personal faith in Jesus Christ, demonstrating a passion for fostering spiritual growth in others.
