This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who is deeply passionate about our mission to provide comprehensive support to individuals affected by limb loss. Your main responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of major donors and prospects, leading all donor-centric development programs, and collaborating closely with the leadership team to achieve our fundraising targets. Additionally, you will engage with the board of directors to enhance fundraising activities and may play a key role in building and mentoring a dedicated development team in the future. We seek applicants with at least 10 years of senior-level fundraising experience and a proven track record of securing major gifts. Strong relationship-building skills, strategic networking capabilities, and excellent communication are essential for this role. A demonstrated ability to implement effective fundraising strategies—including donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and reporting—is crucial. Successful candidates will also have experience in creating compelling funding proposals and impact reports. Competence in utilizing our fundraising software to track donor interactions and analyze fundraising metrics will be key components of your role.
