In this position, you will focus on sourcing and acquiring healthcare-related net lease properties across the nation. We are looking for a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a robust network in healthcare real estate and a proven history of closing transactions in the $10-20M range. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and health systems will be crucial for your success. You will present high-quality investment opportunities to our committee and will need to showcase strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and strong analytical capabilities. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions or development is essential. This role requires a proactive team player who is passionate about the industry and can deliver outstanding service. Occasional national travel will be required, and less than 10% travel is anticipated.
