IT Support Technician
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Overview: Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide Tier 1 technical support at our client's manufacturing facility in Butler, Indiana. This is a fully onsite role supporting end users in a dynamic shopfloor and office environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service. Perform system migrations from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Manage ServiceNow tickets and maintain accurate computer inventory records. Handle Active Directory objects including user accounts, groups, and permissions. Install and replace computers on the shopfloor, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems. Strong working knowledge of Office 365 applications. Experience with Active Directory administration. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additional Information:
This role requires physical presence at the client site five days a week. Candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and interacting with shopfloor personnel. Skills:
