Job Title: IT Support Technician (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Butler, Indiana
Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and customer-oriented IT Support Technician to provide Tier 1 technical assistance in a fast-paced manufacturing and office environment. This is a fully onsite role supporting end users across both shopfloor and administrative settings.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Tier 1 support for hardware and software issues, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent service.
Assist with operating system upgrades and device replacements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage support tickets.
Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions.
Install and configure desktop systems with minimal disruption to operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
Solid understanding of productivity software suites.
Experience with user account and access management.
Strong troubleshooting and hardware support capabilities.
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
This role requires full-time onsite presence.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing setting and engaging with shopfloor personnel.
The position supports a transitional period involving employee relocations and facility changes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
