About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Divisional Vice President for the Independent and Bank Channels. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the expansion of annuity sales within the independent channel. You will manage and mentor a team of talented External Wholesalers, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance management to reach ambitious sales goals. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of industry experience, with a significant portion dedicated to annuity sales management and wholesaling organizations. A deep understanding of variable and fixed indexed annuities is crucial. You will develop comprehensive business plans, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with key broker/dealers while networking with centers of influence. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for motivating teams. This position involves less than 10% travel and requires relevant licenses, including life and annuity licenses, FINRA Series 7, 6, 63, and Series 26 or 24 (preferred or to be obtained within the first six months).
