Job Summary:
Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. Assists in planning, scheduling team resources, status reporting, and completing required documentation for team assignments and projects. Analyzes and develops work or project plans for team assignments. Analyzes and implements solutions to problems associated with assignments. Responsible for project leadership: coordinates system integrity, facilitates communication and project structure between users of Information Services and third-party software vendors or programmers, provides systems and installation support, and user training. Develops and manages project schedules and assigns responsibilities appropriately. Participates in all aspects of software development, systems design, analysis, and project planning and management.
Local Candidates Only Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field from an accredited college or university. Ten years of job-specific experience including system analysis, design, development, and relationship management. Additional Requirements: Understanding software development principles and methodologies, with ability to work across multiple platforms. Proficiency in various programming languages for informed decision-making. Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of database design and data modeling. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Strong knowledge of security principles for designing secure applications. Familiarity with architectural styles (e.g., microservices, monolithic) and design patterns. Expertise in test automation tools. Soft Skills: Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Leadership and collaboration abilities. Adaptability and flexibility in learning new technologies. Stakeholder management skills. Time management and prioritization. Teamwork and critical thinking. Commitment to continuous learning. Required Skills: Software development across platforms such as .NET, Java, R. Proficiency in JavaScript and UI frameworks like Kendo UI, AngularJS, React JS, jQuery, HTML5, Bootstrap. Experience with web-based application deployment and debugging. Web services design and development. Proficiency with GIT and TFS. Database development with MS SQL and Oracle, including Oracle PL/SQL and T-SQL. Experience with SharePoint Server 2013/2019/Online client-side object models (CSOM, JSOM). Integration of web applications with Azure AD and Azure B2C.
