Overview
Responsible for project leadership and architecture responsibilities, coordinating between Information Services users and third-party software vendors, and participating in software development, system design and project planning and management. Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling of team resources, status reporting, and completion of documentation for team assignments and projects. Analyze and develop work or project plans for team assignments; supervise work assignments of subordinate staff. Provide project leadership: coordinate the integrated systems integrity, facilitate coordination and communication between users of Information Services and third-party software vendors or programmers; provide systems and installation support and user training. Develop and control project schedules and assign responsibilities where appropriate. Participate in all aspects of software development, systems design and analysis, and project planning and management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related specialty from an accredited college or university Ten years of job-specific experience that includes system analysis, design and development, and relationship management

Software Development: Understanding software development principles and methodologies; ability to work across multiple platforms. Programming Languages: Proficiency in various programming languages. Cloud Technologies: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Databases: Knowledge of database design and data modeling. DevOps and CI/CD: Understanding DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Security Principles: Strong understanding of security principles for designing secure applications. Architectural Styles and Patterns: Familiarity with architectural styles (e.g., microservices, monolithic, client-server) and design patterns.
