About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP HRBP to join their team. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategy with market business plans and supporting the implementation of HR actions within the organization. The successful candidate will provide consultative support on all human capital matters, work in collaboration with Centers of Excellence, and have direct and indirect supervisory responsibilities for the HRBP team. Key responsibilities include leading with a system mindset, partnering with operational and clinical leaders, driving human capital initiatives, and ensuring that HR programs are executed in line with strategic goals. The VP HRBP will also be involved in coaching leaders on change management, providing strategic leadership, and promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.

Applicants for the VP HRBP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' related work experience in HR, including 5-8 years in a supervisory or management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills, and the ability to influence and partner at senior levels. Advanced knowledge of HR functions, policies, and relevant laws is essential. Experience in a multi-site system environment, large workforces, and a healthcare setting is a plus. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and a commitment to the values of the organization.
