About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Talent Acquisition to join their dynamic team. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in designing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and retain high-performing clinical and non-clinical talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that recruitment practices align with the organization's mission, values, and workforce planning priorities. This includes oversight of all talent acquisition initiatives, from role-based recruiting to digital acquisition strategies, and the development of employment branding and experience. The VP, TA will also be tasked with managing a recruiting pipeline, tailoring recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and laws.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with at least 15 years' of progressive experience in HR and recruitment, particularly in a highly matrixed environment. A strong background in human capital management systems, change management, and continuous process improvement is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project and time management skills, the ability to manage a budget, and experience in HR technology and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, be adept at problem-solving, and have a strong work ethic. Prior management experience in a healthcare system is a plus, and the candidate should be adept at working under pressure and be flexible in adapting to change.
