Position Overview The Recruiter will be responsible for managing a high-volume requisition load, building strong candidate pipelines, and coordinating submissions to multiple vendors. This role requires advanced sourcing expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and exceptional organizational abilities. You will work closely with a small, collaborative team and play an active role in shaping and improving recruiting processes. Office space is available near Zilker Park, though onsite work is not required. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize 5–10 requisitions per week, ensuring timely candidate submissions. Partner with and submit candidates to multiple vendors on a regular basis. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand roles. Establish and maintain relationships with contractors you recruit and place. Collaborate with a small team to develop, refine, and document recruitment processes. Utilize ATS/CRM platforms to track, manage, and report on recruitment activity and performance. Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven sourcing, and referrals. Qualifications 1–4 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume and IT recruiting. Experience managing vendor relationships and vendor-driven requisition submissions. Strong background in government, SLED (State, Local, Education), and/or federal recruiting. Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Ceipal, Loxo). Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record of reducing time-to-hire and delivering measurable recruiting results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities effectively, and contribute to process improvement.
