Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager Multi-Site Leadership | WI
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or related experience
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting
Proven success
managing multiple sites Strong Health & Safety expertise
especially with compliance, audits, and regulatory agencies The Role: Lead a dynamic
EHS team
across two major Wisconsin locations. Youll be the driving force behind environmental compliance, safety culture, and risk reduction efforts, while also spearheading proactive initiatives that protect both people and the planet. ? What You'll Do: Champion a
safety-first culture
through training, coaching, and compliance leadership Implement and oversee ISO 14001 environmental systems (where applicable) Ensure
regulatory compliance
(OSHA, EPA, etc.) and maintain all required reporting/logs Lead environmental and sustainability programs (hazardous waste, emissions, permitting) Be the point person for
regulatory agency relationships Drive
incident investigations
and root cause analysis with a preventive mindset Manage Workers' Comp programs and coordinate capital projects related to EHS Regularly audit, report, and act decisively to keep people safe and operations compliant Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree
in Safety, Engineering, or Environmental field 7+ years of progressive EHS experience , ideally in manufacturing 3+ years of EHS team leadership
