What You’ll Do:
The
Wound Clinic Manager
ensures seamless day-to-day operations, high-quality patient care, and strong collaboration with staff, providers, and the community. This role is perfect for a skilled leader who thrives on balancing clinic management with hands-on support to both staff and patients.
Supervise and support clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Oversee daily operations of the wound clinic, ensuring efficiency, clinical excellence, and outstanding customer service.
Serve as the liaison between clinic staff, providers, hospital departments, executive leadership, and community partners.
Monitor and evaluate delivery of patient care, providing feedback, coaching, and customer service training when needed.
Organize new staff orientation and ongoing training on clinic systems, policies, and procedures.
Manage clinic scheduling, including provider call schedules, staff coverage, and time-off requests.
Step in to provide staff coverage when necessary to maintain smooth clinic operations.
Identify workflow challenges and develop practical solutions for both front and back-office processes.
Respond quickly and professionally to patient concerns, ensuring a positive and compassionate patient experience.
Promote a collaborative, supportive work environment by addressing staff concerns and facilitating regular team communication.
Represent Grand River Health in community events and presentations to build relationships and awareness of wound care services.
Partner closely with leadership, participating in leadership meetings and contributing to system-wide initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
3 years of healthcare experience preferred.
Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Pay Range:
$31.00 - $42.00/hour (based on experience)
